آزمایشگاه پاتولوژی و تشخیص طبی ایرانیان در سال 1391 در شهر زاهدان توسط دکتر آزیتا رفیعی متخصص پاتولوژی تاسیس گردید و در راستای ارائه خدمات تخصصی و فوق تخصصی آزمایشگاهی با دارا بودن پیشرفته ترین و جدیدترین تکنولوژی روز دنیا و دستگاههای تمام اتوماتیک و پرسنل متخصص مجرب و نظارت و کنترل کیفی دقیق ، در زمره برترین آزمایشگاههای استان سیستان و بلوچستان است .
این آزمایشگاه با تاکید بر حفظ ارزش های اخلاقی ، پاسخگویی و احترام ویژه به مراجعین و تکریم ارباب رجوع و ارتباط موثر با پزشکان محترم را در رأس برنامه های خود قرار داده است .
آزمایشگاه ایرانیان دارای بخش های پذیرش ، جوابدهی ، نمونه گیری ، جداسازی نمونه ، بیوشیمی خون و ادرار ، هورمون شناسی ، خون شناسی ، انعقاد ، ایمونولوژی ، سرولوژی ، انگل شناسی ، میکروب شناسی ، قارچ شناسی ، ویروس شناسی ، اسپرموگرام ، پاتولوژی و سیتولوژی ، کنترل کیفی و قسمت های مالی و اداری می باشد.

The Iranian Medical and Pathology Laboratory was established in 2013 in Zahedan by Dr.Azita Rafiee, a Surgical and Clinical Pathologist. It was founded to provide specialized and sub-specialized laboratory services. This laboratory, with the most advanced and modern technologies in the world, fully automated systems, an experienced staff, precise supervision, and quality control, is recognized as one of the top laboratories in Sistan and Baluchestan province.
The Iranian laboratory, with an emphasis on ethical values, responsiveness, special respect for patients, and effective communication with esteemed physicians, has placed these principles at the forefront of its programs.
The Iranian laboratory includes the following departments: reception, results reporting, sampling, specimen processing, blood and urine biochemistry, hormonal assay, hematology, coagulation, immunology, serology, parasitology, microbiology, mycology, virology, spermogram, pathology, cytology, quality control, financial and administrative sections.
